Danny has been my website “guy” for 16 years. He shares my value in websites being a 24/7/365 access to your business. He also understands why I feel it’s important for folks to be able to “take a peek” into a person’s business before making any decisions.
Danny also knows and believes people buy things from people they know. Belief is a true “leap of faith” measure that works because when people have a sense of knowing who you are they will recommend you to others without in some cases ever doing business with you… because they believe or they heard about your concern, comfort and care.
When Danny and I create and develop a website for my customer service based clients, our goal is to always put forth the genuine concern, comfort and care my client has for those who do business with him or her.
They consider it a privilege.
Because without good information it leaves the prospect in a defensive position to raise questions instead of relaxing and getting answers … and hopefully what they are looking for.
By giving folks a sense of knowing who you are it gives them a feeling of comfort… and I truly believe if you can make your prospect comfortable, they are less apt to move down the street to a competitor.
And I believe Danny’s websites are easy to see, read and navigate as they welcome a prospect to come in and take a closer look at who you are and what your company can do for your prospect.
Bottom Line:
- A good website can set you apart from the rest.
- A good website can be a destination (a trusted resource) location.
- A good website can bring confidence and comfort.
- A good website will build your business faster because you can share the stories your customer’s have; and be able to stay current
Thank You, Danny, and as our late mentor and teacher Larry Dussault used to say, “GOOD WORK! GOOD WORK! ”
