The Scout Manager Program offers an excellent opportunity for Scouts looking to build a sales team. The program rewards the manager with a 25% override on all their Scout's base commissions. Managers are compensated only for Scouts they refer and/or manage - not for a downline. Remember, no one makes any money unless services are sold. So how does the Manager Program work?

1) The Scout (Manager) calls on the potential Scout, introduces them to Archieboy and explains the benefits of the Scout program. This can be done in literally thousands of different ways as well.  We suggest each Scout use the method of marketing that he or she is most comfortable with.

2) The prospect agrees to become a Scout. The Scout then directs them to his unique URL or signs them up himself using the Scout sign-up form.

3) The new Scout is then immediately given access to the Scout area.

4) The Manager is now compensated by 25% of all commissions earned by this new Scout from the time they make their first sale to their last.

5) At the beginning of each month, all fees are calculated and payment is sent to the Scout for their share of all fees collected from their Scouts for the previous month.

• Residual monthly commissions cannot be transferred or sold.
• As a Scout, you are an independent contractor and not an employee of DKG or Archieboy Holdings, LLC. You are responsible for declaring your own income.
